Without a doubt, our Fundamentals Program is the best fit for new trainees. On this program, our coaches work with you personally 2 or 4 times each week. During these sessions you will learn a progressive strength program including basic barbell movements and complementary assistance exercises. The cost for this is $240 for 8 sessions, or $200 if you are a TWR member.
If you are looking to expand into a more complex program, we have several to choose from (e.g., Advanced Strength and Conditioning, Powerlifting, Olympic-style Weightlifting, and Strongman). Our coaches can help you decide which is the best fit for you. The advanced programs are available under the supervision of an advanced coach during personal training or as a part of Open Coaching. Open Coaching is our group coaching format with sessions available 6 days/week (see “Schedule” tab). Participants may use one of our programs (provided and preferred) or their own, and only our most advanced coaches work on this program. The cost for unlimited Open Coaching starts at $139/month but is only $99/month for TWR members with even deeper discounts for autopay, etc with drop-ins starting at $20 or $10, respectively. In most cases, Open Coaching is the best value for advanced training.
Active people come in many forms. For someone looking to specifically add strength training to an already busy training schedule, the Fundamentals Program (see “Beginner” recommendation) is sufficient. During your off-season is the best time to develop strength and power, as well as solidify the athlete (i.e., yourself) for next season’s competition. The TWR Advanced Strength and Conditioning Program is designed for this need and available in our Open Coaching groups (as described in the “Advanced” section) or during personal training sessions with one of our advanced coaches. You may also gain access to the Fundamentals Program or Adv. S&C Program without our coaches. The cost for this is $59/month or only $39/month for TWR members (see “Training Programs” tab).
TWR has maintained a constant presence in strength sports since 2001. Our advanced coaches are required to have experience in Powerlifting, Weightlifting, and/or Strongman competition. They have all competed in multiple events throughout one or several strength sports and continue to train and prepare themselves and others for competition. We provide programs for these sports including meet preparation for any events represented by our teams, which include almost all local USA Powerlifting, USA Weightlifting and Strongman Corporation events, as well as most National Championships, and certainly those where our athletes are competing. Our programs have produced multiple National and International level strength strength athletes and are easily adapted for all levels. As mentioned above, these programs are available as a part of our Open Coaching groups, by appointment with an advanced coach on your schedule, or you may access a program without coaching for $59 or $39 per month.
